Visit to Avril

When the campers went swimming this morning, a few of us went to visit Avril with a 40th anniversary cake. We played instruments and sang, she joined in and seemed really pleased to see us. We sang happy birthday to the music camp and toasted her with orange juice. (She always did love a good celebration!)

    Very jealous Sarah...would've loved the chance to see Avril on T2! Expect she loved all the attention, &the chance of a good ol' singsong! Did you sing Shortnin' Bread too?

    Yes we did! and camp fires burning, she joined in and sang it as a round!
    It was a lovely moment.
